Drop in rate per class- $10
One on one training- $25 for 30 minutes
Ballroom private lessons- $25 for 30 minutes, $45 for 1 hour

Traditional let barre and floor combinations to work you legs, glutes, balance and core
Adult Jazz/ aerobic dance
basics of jazz and hip hop dance to get your heart rate up. Great cardio well having fun learning a dance to a popular song
Adult Tap
the fundamentals of tap technique while getting a fantastic workout and having a great time
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga for all levels- Flow- To Move Smoothly. You'll be sweaty, you'll be peaceful, you'll be breathing, you'll be powerful and, at the end, you'll be incredibly balanced.
Body Sculpt:
short bursts of resistance exercise using moderate weights and frequent repetitions, followed quickly by another burst of exercise targeting a different muscle group. Great for all levels!
Stretch and Strength-
Gentle cardio, stretching, and strength exercises to recharge your body well seated!
Great for all ages and abilities! Uses light weights, bands, balls and a chair
